synaesthesia resources

this page is where i share websites, sensory management tools, and communities that have helped me personally that i think can help anyone who has synaesthesia, and friends and families of synaesthetes. it is also to help clear up any misconceptions and misinformation with this rarely spoken about neurological trait.

this website is a collection of the different forms of synaesthesia that we know at the moment. it is not a full list because we are still unable to pin down exactly how many different forms of synaesthesia there are. however, it is a great resource to discover and clarify the form(s) of synaesthesia you have. there are comment sections under each form where you can write down your experiences and Pau, the creator of the website, can respond and answer questions about them.
